Covington and Keyston History Group – On Monday the 13th of January 2025 in Covington Village Hall starting at 7pm, Identification of Pottery and Bone from the short but very successful 2024 dig, we will return to the same trenches next year.

Covington and Keyston History Group – Presentation on Rural Protests On Monday the 9th of December 2024 in Covington Village Hall starting at 7pm, Mike Muncaster will give a presentation on the plight of Agricultural Labourers. Non-members Welcome (£5)  

Covington and Keyston History Group – On Monday 14th October at 7.30pm in Keyston Village Hall. Paddy Lambert will provide a talk on the award-winning excavations of a large Roman villa near Corby. Admission is free to members of the history group; £10 per person for non-members.

A visit to Huntingdon Archives. Receive a behind the scenes tour of the facilities followed by the viewing of village documents on the afternoon of Wednesday the 31st of July. £10 per person.

The first of this year’s summer trips will be a tour of Kimbolton Castle on Friday the 5th of July 2024 at 10:30AM at a cost of £10 per person. Following the tour, we will have lunch in a local hostelry.

Saturday 9th March 2024 at 10:00AM. To be held at Bottom Farm Covington. With the aim of documenting the remaining finds from last year’s archaeological dig in Covington.
